We celebrated the 2016 holiday season with our Festive Tree of Giveaways promotion. With each vehicle purchased, our customers were able to choose a secret envelope from our tree filled with gifts ranging from $100 and $250 gift cards and service credits, BBQs and Diamond Detailing packages, to the Grand Prize of $1,000 cash! Although the prizes chosen were awesome, the grand prize was not picked from the tree. Valley Volkswagen in turn donated this special gift to the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation!
Congratulations to John Sawler of Port Williams, the winner of our Great Big Jetta Give-A-Way contest that took place on December 15, 2016. What a great holiday gift!
Thanks to all who stopped by Valley Volkswagen to enter their names into our draw!
On Friday, May 6th, Valley Volkswagen and Canada Wide Credit had the pleasure of sponsoring a benefit concert where "The Blushing Brides," a Rolling Stones tribute band, performed at Kentville Centennial Arena! This event had a free-will offering at the door with proceeds going to the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation.
Here at Valley Volkswagen, we would like to thank everyone who came out to our rocking concert and donated to the Valley Regional Foundation! Over $2,000 was raised for the foundation!

Valley Volkswagen's official bowling team, The Bowling Beetles, were back at it again! They participated in the 2016 Bowl for Kids Sake, hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Annapolis Valley. The event was held at Fairlanes Bowling Centre in New Minas on April 15, 2016.
Our team this year consisted of JP Antony (Automotive Technician), Robyn Shea (Administrative Assistant), Tom Bland (Automotive Technician), Alisha Veinot (Director of First Impressions), Rebecca Keddy (Sales and Leasing Consultant), and Ryan Gertridge (Automotive Technician).

During the month of December, we here at Valley Volkswagen had a "Pick it to Win it" event. The "Pick it to Win it" event gave anyone who purchased a new or used retail vehicle from December 1-23 the chance to pick an envelope off our Valley Volkswagen Christmas tree. Each envelope contained a number that corresponded with a prize; the grand prize was $1,000! Despite a successful turnout, the $1,000 was not chosen from the tree.
Valley Volkswagen is always looking for ways to support the Annapolis Valley Community, so we've chosen to donate the $1,000 to the Salvation Army!
Thank you to all those who participated, and if you would like to also make a donation to the Salvation Army, please check out their website or you can call the Kentville location directly at 902-678-4534.
On Friday, August 21, 2015, Valley Volkswagen had the honour of being the major sponsor for the 2nd Annual Don Wells Memorial Golf Tournament held at Island Green Golf Club, Kentville. This event was held to raise funds in honour of Don Wells, former Athletic Director at Acadia University, in support of Acadia Hockey.
This tournament had a shotgun start and consisted of 18 holes, one of which Valley Volkswagen sponsored for a chance to get a hole-in-one and win 2015's Car of the Year - the Volkswagen Golf! A yummy BBQ and auction with some great ticket items rounded out the event.
Also, we here at Valley Volkswagen are very happy to announce the first place team for the second year in a row was Valley Volkswagen! Thank you to all that participated and Island Green Golf Club for putting on this great event!
On July 11th, Valley Volkswagen had the pleasure of being a major sponsor for the PTSD Golf Tournament held at Island Green Golf Club. There were prizes, lunch, and we even had a Hole-in-One contest to see if someone could win the Car of the Year, the 2015 Volkswagen Golf!

Valley Volkswagen would like to thank everyone who participated, Island Green Golf Club for their kind hospitality, and Ariane Woodbury for teaching us all more about PTSD and the effects on those who suffer and how to help those in need!
Each year, the Acadia Axemen Celebrity Hockey dinner welcomes one of hockey's greats to a fundraising event for the Axemen hockey team. Recently, Valley Volkswagen had the pleasure of being a sponsor for the Coldbrook & District School's Playground Dinner and Auction Fundraiser.
Coldbrook & District School's goal is to replace the major play structure and add two accessibility pieces; making the playground more accessible for all students. They aim to raise $125,000 and have the structure installed in the summer of 2016, and we couldn't be happier to be a part of such a great effort!
In return for our donation, we received this awesome card from one the students attending Coldbrook & District School! Thanks so much little Abby R.!
